I missed the Ebay auction by 1 day for the LG seeds so if anyone has contact info I'd be interested too! They were
available for 8 or 9 dollars if I remember correctly?

Haven't seen them yet on PandPseed.com! Not sure you can tell how many were sold on Ebay under the " Buy Now" heading?

I heard the SSLGG was going to auction a few of them off. I can not believe how difficult these are to get. Please don't send me emails offering to sell me seeds. I trade seeds not buy them.

You can also get long gourd seeds from Brett Hester. Site address: giantsofthegarden.com He sells seeds at a very reasonable price for giant vegetables.

The Long Gourd seeds that were offered on eBay were from the 114" Ron Wallis LG 2004.
The 114.75" LG by Grant & Gladys McGregor 2004 have not been sold on eBay.
I *THINK* the seeds being offered by P&P are from the 114" Wallis.
I do know that the McGregors are in the process of certifying their new world record with Guiness World Book of Records.
I have pictures of the McGregor fruit & permission to share them from Mrs. McGregor if anyone is interested.
I also have pictures of the Wallis 114" that were on eBay.
What a year for Long Gourds!

I know that the seeds form the 114.75 incher are hollow :-(
Oh well, leaves the seeds from the 114 incher to grow! :-)

Martin I have not looked at the 114.75 seeds, I just put the little piece of tissue straight into a Seed pack. I will have to get them out of the refrigerator and have a look. DARN !!!!!

Mike, didn't you get my email on this? I emailed you after I got the seeds to let you know that they don't look good... But there is nothing YOU could do about it I just fear we can't get them to germinate... Take a look at them and let me know what you think!
  Martin
