The more I look at houses and the more I learn about the current state of the housing market, the more demoralized I get. I'll be talking to a realtor this weekend. Hopefully he understands how particular I have to be about the land.
- At least 0.5 but ideally 0.75-1 acres.
- Relatively flat and accessible with a trailer/dump truck.
- Free of any spots that flood during heavy rains.
- Free of any large trees to the E/W/S that aren't on my property.
All thoughts/ideas are appreciated.
