Sharing an experiment result.... before leaving for my lengthy summer vacation, I harvested a completely green fruit from my own 8.02 seed. That fruit clocked in at 7.05 lbs. I put that tomato in my garage fridge and left the country for 30 days. Upon return the tomato was still green and looked quite sickly. I put it on a cookie rack in my garage and let it be. Over a 10 day period it started to ripen and eventually started to rot. I then harvested the seeds and dried them. The seeds looked terrible. The seed color was off..... brownish with even darker edges. Anyway to my amazement, one of three sprouted. I dunno about the ultimate impact , but I'll def' start a few next season to continue the experiment.
