Then in contrast you can see the 2404 Barron plant that self terminated its last few secondaries and the leaves all stayed smallish. Now we have 2 secondaries on each side that are either just aging or have some kind of issue. Both plants have been treated the same, back to back planting and same fertilizer and fungicide program. Doesn't seem to matter much at this point as the pumpkins are both still growing nicely.
