I'm getting a little nervous about my squash. 2 to 3 weeks ago, my sheet blew off and it was in the hot sun for a while. I saw it when I came home from work since then it has been yelllowing a little bit. It only has to make it a couple more weeks and it will go to the Goshen fair. I think it is sunscald or sunburn. It happens on my dark watermelons all the time if they aren't shaded properly. You can see in this photo it is still nice and green on the stem end where the sun has never hit.
