Who is ready for the 150 square-foot challenge? Yes this unique competition takes what we love about growing giant pumpkins and brings it down to a scale that is not only easy and manageable for newer growers, but at the same time gives the seasoned growers a run for their money as they will learn a lot putting everything they know to the test in a miniaturized pumpkin patch.
I invite anybody/everbody whether they've grown a pumpkin or not to get involved in this competition. This competition can be done in a very small space just 10' x 15' and nearly everybody has that much soil! We are going worldwide with this competition and it is sure to bring in some fantastic results!!! 2 years ago a brand new World Record was produced by Paul Bongers out of his 150 square-foot patch coming in at an incredible 1,448 pounds grown in Minnesota (hmm another pumpkin World Record is out of that state!)
