Lake Geneva Weigh-off. This was 975 and took a first place. Was grown from the 1103 Martin and was self pollinated. First attempt at a green squash.

Lake Geneva Weigh-off. This was 1774.5 and took a first place their. It was grown from the 1756 Jolivette. I did self pollinate this one. It also went 18% heavy.

Picture was taken at the Stillwater weigh-off. 1912 was good for a 3rd place. ott was 458 and it went 3% heavy. Nice shape and color. That was the 1750.5 Martin seed and I did self pollinate this one.

Picture of the 5 we grew this year. Starting from the left is my daughters 1188, next is the 1630, center one is the 1912, fourth one is the 1774.5 and the green squash weighed in at 975. Thats just short of 7500 pounds. What a perfect year here for growing pumpkins.

We stood up the 1912 in the front yard for Halloween. Sure makes it look extremely large. We had hundreds of people stop in for pictures.

Walls on the 1774 were a solid 12 inches thick. Maybe the reason why it went 18% heavy.
