Here's what I'm growing in 2015. This is a 626 Wolf pollinated with a 1625 Huydic. Yesterday was Day 21 for her, had a 75.5 inch circumference and an OTT of 180.5 inches. Named Joan for Joan Rivers

Here's a 1844 Rose pollinated with a 1625 Huydic. You may start to notice a pattern once I have posted all of my crosses for this year. Day 21 today with a circ. of 86.5 inches and a 205 OTT. Named after Roseanne Barr. Oh and both this pumpkin and Joan got applications of Matt DeBacco's hormonal spray at 48 hours old

The rest of my 3 keepers are only 8, 10 and 12 days old right now. Had a few early abortions and the plants just seemed slow for a while at the start. Hopefully they will get cranking. I'll be putting up some more pics and details this week.

Joan is at 270.5 OTT. Doing just about 35 lbs. a day for the last six days. Battling some vine rot like several of my plants, and now splits where the stem connects to the fruit. Always a challenge

Lost Joan today to a blossom end split. Bummer since she was my best grower and was going to be nice and orange too

Roseanne on day 30 today. This one is confounding me - perfectly healthy plant, should be cranking into high gear but is stuck in 2nd. OTT is 262, averaging just under 20 pounds a day over the last 6 days. Makes no sense to me

Sarah is still growing, it has been hot here and very dry. Lots of watering going on and a quickly dying plant. Day 62 today, and that blossom end is making me a bit uneasy

Close up of the blossom end. Cracking on the outside so I think it will be fine. Only maybe a half inch deep at the deepest point. Pumpkin sounds very solid when thumped
