I think everybody is just very busy. The site is working fine. I hope to update my own diary at lunch today. You may want to check the Whats New page.

I'm not so sure. I just submitted 3 enteries to my diary and they usually show up within a couple of minutes. It has been 30 minutes now and nothing has shown up. Now I know it indicates it may take several hours if a picture is included but I have never experienced this long of a lag.

Photo approval is not automatic. A human being needs to look at each picture and accept it. One of those humans is out of town on vacation and the rest of us are working. Sorry for the extra delay but we are happy if entries are approved within 24 hours. Entries made during the day usually take longer (unless you get lucky).

No problem, we are glad you like the site sooooo much! This time of year is tough. Vacations, weeds, fairs coming up....etc.

Having been participating in this website a couple years I seem to have noticed a trend.....the speed of approval is directly related to the size of John and Kens fruit. That being said, Ken...John.....how big is it? 600?......700?.....LOL..........G

LOL!! I wish I could say I have a huge one. I am doing better than I have done before but my plants really took a beating in this heat. I expect them to shut down earlier this year because the plants just look ragged. If my pumpkins keep growing through mid-September I should do well. Right now my biggest is on the 805 Pukos with a 133 inch circumference. John is on vacation but last I knew has kicking my butt....
