 Anyone else have them? It is a definite temperature related happening.

            | frogman97 | Ottawa, Canada | Alan, we have a bunch hanging out around our pumpkin patch.  I'm in Bells Corners so maybe it's regional.  What are you using to get rid of them?  I was considering garlic powder around the plant to ward them off.  I found one small patch of eggs that I crushed.  I'm also considering adding nematodes around the plant to prevent any larvae damage.  Let me know if you have any better ideas.   | 6/28/2010 8:49:24 PM | 
		
            | Alan E. | eastern Ontario | Frogman--I use Sevin and have for years.It is a "light" insecticide and I just use as little as possible.It doesn't take much to have them on their back with feet in the air.That is a truly beautiful sight-LOL.
 I am in Richmond so we are just 16 km or so apart.Please phone me at 838-3650 if you are interested in trading patch visits.I think we should meet and trade notes.
