anybody ever grow a african long gourd ???? saw them on the net and they were orange was wondering if they grow big like the ones u guys grow and if anybody ever crossed with one !???? just wondering!!! pizza

I think that was meant as a joke Bob. I googled African gourd and they may be in the same family but not longer. Possibly an interesting cross if they are related.

i googled longgourd seeds just to see if there were any out there ive got a bunch to grow but i came across african long gourds and in the picture they were 2-4 feet about the picture was on an angle the ad said thre guy ewent to africa to get seeds on his vacation maybe its a scam just for fun i ordered a pak for 2.95 plus shipping and i figured id ask the professionals!!! if they grow ill send u guys some seeds !!!! i got 5 seeds coming !!! thanks pizza

i wont im gonna grow the 90,s and self polinate them . i figure there best left by them selves. if i do grow the adfrican gourds it will be well away from the others!!! pizza
