I know this is a LG forum but I thought it was the best place to ask the question. What did Leonardo's big gourd weigh a couple years ago and is there a world record on this veggie?

I can't find out anything about them. They must be very rare. It took me along time to find seeds. I had one vine that had three 75+ pound gourds including a 104, and a half dozen other smaller ones. I didn't pay much attention to it. I just wanted to see what their potential was before I put to much effort in it. I have heard someone say they can get 150 lbs. I think 150+ is very possible, but I have no idea what the record is.

What is this big gourd you are talking about. Do you mean a giant nigerian bushel gourd or a giant bushel with a point on the top ?? ie..a pear shape ??
