            | pizzapete | Hamilton Nj | i found a melon 3 feet from my main vine on a side vine is this two close its growing pretty good and fast !!!!
 i also have one 14 ft out on main growing okay
 
 has anyone grown a big melon close to main vine????
 
 also the one on main i polinated my slef but the other the bees did if its a open polination will it still have same genetics???  thanks pizza

            | pizzapete | Hamilton Nj | Okay thanks for all the input ,im happy i got one to polinate lol, i traced the vine back to stump its not one of the 2 big main vines and is aprox 5 or 6 ft out from stump and its right smack in the middle of the main pile does tjis make it a main vine???? Bein tjat its connected to main pile ,vine looks good shape and is solid i pruned the other 2 melons they were not growing much im on day 4 and its the size of a soda can so its wat im going with ,lol thanks again pizza | 7/29/2016 2:15:40 PM |
