Go down the list about 13 diaries down you will see his. Click it, then look 11 posts down (Apr 27) it will show he is growing some pollinators in pots.
There was a discussion on dissecting the baby pumpkins on these pollen donor plants, to examine the wall thickness of the females, but I havent found where that went.

Perhaps it means that if this is an example of the fruits on a plant at an early age, with uniformity evident from the outer edge(s) to the edge(s) of the cavity, it'll be good on the others, perhaps. eg

I tore my shoulder rotator cuff mid May last year right after planting my kins out. Knew i couldn't garden but wanted to try to grow some in 15 gallon grow bags just so I would have something. I grew several and had plenty of male flowers on all my plants. Only did a main vine with one dominant secondary on each plant. Willing to bet you could get similar results with five gal buckets. I've gotten male flowers and female kins from an 8 oz dixie cup. Hope this helps..Good Luck, T
