IF you earned a growers jacket this year for lets say a 4,000lb pumpkin patch or a 2,200 lb fruit. If you grew a 1,500 lb or 1,000 lb pumpkin in previous years, can you buy those patches from the GPC to add on to the coat?

Unfortunately patches are not available for purchase for previous years pumpkin grows once one earns a coat.

In 2024 the reset will happen with the new Gen2 coat, same applies.
