Most likely 2-4-d you can sue the company or person causing the damage, nothing that they spray should leave the property being treated.

You dont have to take them to court just tell them you are reporting them to the EPA, they can lose the licenses if the EPA gets three reports

I agree with turning in to your State Department of Agriculture. Once is an accident, twice is just stupidity or not giving a damn. Look at the money we put into growing these, then a careless applicator kills everything in one moment without a care. Turn them in!!
