thanks for your support.....when supporting clubs via auction or raffle the confirmation is very much needed by the club and the buyer

buyers.....please include all information
handle
lot # and price
name and address
when using paypal....BP handle is helpful also

makes life good.....but makes it very difficult without all this info

for instance.....we had 67 lots in our silent auction....i have over 200 emails from this....all info makes it easy to find....missing any of this info make one go crazy...lol

and i am in need of the loony bid right now.....

thanks for your support, matt

And Most Importantly PAY PROMPTLY. Nothing is more aggravating to those who work hard on these all important fund raisers than chasing growers for payment.

But the street runs both ways on performance. Seeds should be received within three weeks. I have two auction purchases that are at the three week mark.

I agree with Matt, a lot of effort to put on an auction and confirm all emails. Many clubs don't confirm to the buyers at all. a confirmation of payment recieved would be great to the buyers as one of my payments I made through paypal didn't get to the auction, and I would not have known if the club rep didn't tell me that they didn't recieve it. I had to cancel the first transaction and resend it and it went right through

update.....our simple silent auction ended at 8pm eastern time....not 7:59 or 8:01.....8:00.....so if you got your bid in by 8:00.....i say you won.....some dispute here....but all settle now.....they both win a will get the seed in question....lucky enough to have had another

still working on getting all the winners seeds in mailers.....should have been done 10 hours ago.....but it is what it is......

all starts without all the info on confirmations

BP name
LOT # and price
YOUR REAL NAME
YOUR address

if that is included......piece of cake......if any one of them are not included.....now it is a mightmare

on that note

THANK YOU EVERYONE for supporting our fundraiser.....hard to say what it will net.....was shooting for $1500.....but will be short of that after shipping cost......guessing around $900 or so......THANKS AGAIN

Right on Matt! We waited 3 weeks for some sort of conformation for winner of one of our lots, even posting for them to get in touch if not interested. Not a problem,we'll just hold onto the seeds and carry on. But when you see them winning lots on other auctions week later you start to wonder.
Things are straightened out now and I always give benefit of the doubt but come on people!
