Hi everyone, for those still interested in competing in this friendly competition - Here are the rules:
> Container grown in must be a maximum of 20 gallons > Container may not have a false bottom (roots growing into soil below container) > Everyone competing must say so by July 1st (so I can keep track) > Container must be posted to BigPumpkins diary by August 1st > Final day of the competition is Oct 1st, Winner will be announced Oct. 5th and receive $200

This is a different tall sunflower from the one that Chris Brown is hosting, correct?...there is getting to be a number of challenge competitions that its hard to keep them all straight...so thought I better ask...Thanks!

Well, I'm in, but don't think I'm going to be very competitive! 1st plant is already in flower, so may be "leader in the clubhouse" if nothing else!
