Since most clubs are prevented from having in-person meetings the California Pumpkin Growers Club is hosting a webinar on march 13, 2021 starting at 9 am PST. The theme is "How To Become A Better Grower". That theme will be broken down into topics: soil preparation, seed selection, irrigation/fertilization, plant and fruit maintenance, and troubleshooting. Confirmed panelists are:
Cecil Weston, Travis Geiger, Ron Wallace, Jack La Rue, Joe Jutras, and Steve Daletas. What a lineup!!!
The 3-4 hour webinar will have the panelists discussing these topics as well as answering questions from you. The first 100 people to register will receive (by mail) at least 5 seeds from quality growers as a bonus. After the first 100 the number of seeds you will receive will depend on the number of registrants above 100. Registration will open January 25 through PayPal (or by mail). The registration fee will be $40 for early registration prior to March 1. After March 1 registration will be $60, This will be a great learning experience without leaving the comfort of your own home.
