Last February I send an auction seed to Germany. It came back in early July, the package was opened and labeled 'not allowed'. Does anyone know how to get seeds from America to Germany. I used the United States Postal Service. Thanks!

I have sent some to Germany and so far so good, I went to my local post office with my bubbles and told them what was inside of each bubble. They asked if anything hazardous or Marijuana drugs, I told them it was a fruit seed. Hope that might help ; It aint cheap

I always put garden supplies for item and a value under $10 for amount when shipping overseas. Only had one returned and that was from them giving me a wrong address. Not sure if I have sent any to Germany however.

How it is labeled is how it makes a difference. It is the agriculture rules and inspection that is determinant. Sometimes when marked 'seeds; it gets by, sometimes not.
Packages marked 'guitar picks" etc are not looked at as closely.

I send my seeds labeled documents and they go right through and tape them to the inside so they don't shift around or tape them to thin cardboard like a beer box.
