If we end up needing to sell seeds to break even are you ok with that? If we end up breaking even should we donate the packs to clubs for seed auctions? I would greatly appreciate your thoughts. Thanks, Leif

Just my opinion, but I'd tell you to sell any extra to make sure it's a break even deal for yourself. What you do with any beyond that, I'd leave at your discretion.
Also, thanks for sending me some seeds! I got the bubble yesterday. And very sorry I shorted the postage on the return mailer, if you have a PayPal I'll be glad to cover the extra postage you added.

I will refund what I estimate will be the difference. I am no longer thinking the flat rate since every package that has been sent to me so far has been less than the cost of flat rate. I am trying to keep this the most cost effective. If anyone is wondering if their package arrived I have all of the info in an excel spreadsheet and am happy to tell you. I am storing every seed in a wine cellar which is always 57 degrees. I agree that would be the most logical. Maybe have a few that clubs can bid on if they want? I am saving 7 packs for this exact purpose.

I would like to donate one to my club if possible. RMGVG has 5 participants which is about 10% of the total participation.

Make sure you cover your expenses before donating.

After you cover your expenses, do whatever you want with the remaining. I would donate anything remaining to clubs. I am curious if mine got there, tracking said it did, but I'd still like to know. And lastly, I do not want any money refunded to me for postage, if there is any. Use it to help you break even.

Honestly could care less. Do what you feel is best Lief. Thanks for taking this on. Can’t wait to see what we end up with.

That is what we used to do. Have a lottery to pay for the extra postage and packaging
