How do you send a postage paid bubble from the United states to Canada and vice versa?
I have a few seed requests so I asked my post office if I could send out a bubble envelope from here to the United states with US stamps they said no. I would also like to send a few bubbles myself for seeds. I asked if I can buy Us postage for my bubble to be returned and they said I couldn't. Just wondering how people are exchanging seed between the two countries?

For any out of the country mailings most growers get the estimate for shipping/mailing and then include cash or workout a payment through PayPal.

Caper1388, we are lucky enough to live next door to Washington State, so when we go there we buy American Stamps to use and send them to any USA bubble requests we send out.

Any USA requests we get from our American neighbours usually come with a couple dollars to pay for the return postage.
