I see it being used as a drench for pumpkins but recomened as foliar on the label, does drenching work

I just read some turf recs for tebuconazole, and it says to water it into the crown and root zone-Depending on the disease that you are treating. It also says that it can be chemigated (with restrictions), or applied through an irrigation cycle. Each label will read a bit different....but it looks to me like you can drench it.It is systemic, so it will move around the plant....The label is law, etc, etc...

I found some info that it travels systemically by drenching better with some fruits and vegetables than others, but they didn't mention pumpkins
