correct dap61 means 61 days ago the flower opened and it was pollinated.

Day of pollination doesn’t count, so if you pollinated on Saturday, Sunday would be 1 DAP.

hoping to orient the term as 'XX DAP', like '29 Days After Pollination' (29 DAP), but it's one of them thar things, like '29 June 2011'; ugh on the order of things - we wouldn't say 'Chevy '69' but, even that is in some song somewhere...and the reverse (Bob Seger, "'60 Chevy"); Now, 't's time to prune my 2003 Haist, lol---eg

Eg, You mean Haist 2003??? Ha ha yes I noticed that this year, the possibility of 'xx DAP' vs 'DAP xx'. It's like saying, 'at the age of 30 vs 30 years old.' I am probably guilty of doing it both ways. English grammar probably wants the number first.
