GPC Weigh Off 2020 > “Change of Weigh Off Location Venue” Criteria

The GPC has agreed to the following criteria for the 2020 Growing and Weigh Off Season.
This has been an unprecedented year due to the COVID19 Pandemic. The GPC will allow a Site Weigh Off location change of venue for this year predicated upon approval by the GPC.
The Following Criteria’s must be met.
    Must notify your GPC Representative of a Change of Venue due to Site location concerns within 2 weeks of the change of location. We need to post website updates for the growers in a timely manner.
    Weigh Off must be registered to the GPC for this year’s 2020 competitions registering for one of our Awards packs or 100$ Special offered for this year.
    Change of location must be in coordination with the Site Representative, and Site Coordinator with welcomed assistance from Clubs and Growers.
    The person for receiving the BP Weigh Off App does not change unless Ken gives his approval ahead of time for coordination and timely weigh off data entry.
    Change of venue date cannot move weekends unless approved by the GPC due to other site weigh off concerns. Notify your GPC Site Rep. BP posts are not monitored.
    All Current GPC Weigh Off Rules need to be followed, there are no changes to our Weigh Off Rules as stated, only a change of venue flexibility due this special year.
    Change of venue sites will need to follow and plan for a safe weigh off location based upon their own municipalities for any requirements on crowd gathering or restrictions for public safety.
    Site weights and statistics are uploaded to the BP Site as soon as possible.
