Not sure if I have a current e-mail for you. Just wanted to let you know I got a root out of one of your 522* seeds. That’s the 535* Wolf x 616* Corkum from 2001. Hopefully it has enough juice left to sprout a seedling. Maybe I’ll have a squash this year.

Wow, that's an oldie! Might be a gamble on color with that one - as the 616* sometimes did, I got an orange fruit from mine.

I think the best one with 535* in it was probably the 661* Rivington (848* x 535*) - it grew this one: http://www.bigpumpkins.com/displayphoto.asp?pid=6802&gid=1
Otherwise, I think the 535* line kind of hit a dead end when I quit growing squash about 13 years ago.

It’s making a comeback. I’m planning to self pollinate it. It would be a foundational piece of a squash project I have going on that involves my 432* est and 211 est, which are 546* Welty x 2230 Wallace and 1469 Checkon x 259.5* Welty. Pretty far outside the box stuff. The 522* seedling just broke through the soil over night

Might have to try getting my hands on the 689.2* and 661* for next year

That’s really cool. I thought all the FP seeds from 2012 I’m growing we’re old!
