yo- I've enjoyed producing the first three episodes of the giant pumpkin podcast and have the desire to record many many more. To date, there have been 670 downloads of those three episodes. Clearly, the demand for consumption is there!

Finding the time to create and produce quality content is a serious challenge. As such, I am on the hunt for a production assistant. Someone who can take the raw audio and produce the final deliverable. I use the "Buzzfeed" platform to host. I welcome creativity to improve the structure, notably intro music (the minor-chord ditty I recorded has been rightly criticized as not exactly representative of the mood).

Are you or do you know someone who's got podcast production skills?

It would be a volunteer gig until we generate Rogan-level listener base and advertising sponsorships, as I currently pay out of pocket to keep the hosting alive.

I host my own podcast called Cannabis Cultivation and Science. Going on season 4 now, even had Ron Wallace on for an episode. Let me know if I can answer any questions regarding the production side. You can reach me at tad@kisorganics.com. Happy to help!

I just found out that you can listen to the Podcast on a Amazon Alexa and all you need to say is “Alexa play the Giant Pumpkin Podcast”

did you ever find any appropriate music for it?
i have some pretty neat instrumentals that would probably lend themselves easily to your project - initially, think of the intro to Jet Airliner by the Steve Miller band or on the guitar end of things, maybe a 90% dummed-down Joe Satriani Summer Song kinda thing. okaayyy, 95%. jeez. it WAS around 1997, lol---eg
