many of the smaller bubble envelopes will qualify as "large envelopes" in US mail parlance. If sent as a large envelope, price is $1.00.
"Parcel"price is ~$3.65 as Rick mentioned.
Ask your post clerk if the package can be mailed as a "large envelope"

Bubble price depends on where it is being mailed. The further from you the zip code the more the cost. $3.65 is lowest rate to a zip near you. Can go over $4 if mailing cross country.

The lowest price for a bubble is 3.66, 4 oz. or less and in your postal zone. Prices go up from there based on what zone and weight. Use this postal calculator- https://postcalc.usps.com/ Put in zip it is going to and then hit calculate based on package size. If you're sure it is less than 4 oz. put in 4 oz. and then click package to see the first class rate. The set 3.65 rate changed in Jan. or Feb.

Just a warning about seed bubbles: send them as a parcel with seeds inside pill bottles or other protection so they don't get processed as letters with seeds being damaged as the result.

VT Steve is correct, if they think it will fit thru the machine they will try and send it through. Even the FRAGILE Sticker doesnt stop them... and the seeds arrived crushed.

I tell people $5 to be safe. Extra protection is a must or the seeds may get damaged.
