Anybody else growing this seed? I'd be interested to see how you're getting on. Personally I'm really happy with what we have so far, the pumpkin looks marvellous and is roughly 1200lb. I aim to take it to the Southampton show on 12 Oct, I hope it holds out that long!

I have been keeping an eye on the diaries because I am growing it next year. It seems to be a bit of a mixed bag for looks. There are a few that are a nice orange and a few that are more of a pale pink.

Mine is a nice shape but turned out pale pink. Was hoping for the orange side, but that's what you get sometimes. My 2152 is in a 150 sqft patch and will be my new PB in that amount of space though, so I am happy.
Also have the 1567 in 600 sqft. Slightly deeper orange than the 2152, and solid as can be with big ribs. Skin is rough with cantalouping, not the smooth shiny skin of most HD winners, but again a beautiful monster.
Thanks to Deb and Gary Gantner for a couple great seeds this year!
