Don't most pumpkins grow beyond 65-70 days ?? Its at 1200 lbs on the 2018 chart, Mine has had no measurable growth since day 65 ,But the plant looks pretty good-probably 150 leafs ,no sign of problem from above! Should there not be measurable growth at day 65-70,, its now 16 days until weigh off !!!

in our hot climates, fruit normally stop growing somewhere between 70 to 90 days from the years I have grown. You hope it grows 80 days but I have had healthy fruit stop at 70.

It all depends but I usually get ok growth after day 70. I had one fruit stop growing at day 50 this year so you just never know.
There's so many factors in that late season growth.

Hopefully its growing inside!

Thanks everybody! great info from you all!! I put some saved up rain water around stump & down main vine & that seems to have helped -it moved a little, Rain water is like magic & we never get any all summer ! I had 300 gallons saved !
