Just curious to see where everyone is at on these two contests and also trying to find out if we can take our entries to any GPC weighoff or if it needs to be one in October. Hope everyone is doing well and has pumpkins to show.

How are yours? Old seed contest--I think you win! I do have one viable set left by tomorrow that will probably not be the case... its right at the size I have been losing em. I will be at the bottom of the 150 list... nearly a dud there too.
Doubt I will have anything to bring but I'll cya at the Terminator if I do.

My Old Seed pumpkin is scaring the crap out of me due to its shape and by all characteristics, its wall thickness. It is probably going to The Puyallup Fair Weighoff here in about a week. The plant is still healthy, but I would be happy with an official weight on it, so going to pluck it sooner than later. The 150 SQFT entry is growing along. The pumpkin is not much to look at for shape, just a big blob, but it may have nice color, and it is also stem on top blossom on the bottom. Both entries are north of say, um, 50 pounds.

Well then you've got me beat at the moment. Get your fair registration in if you havent... They are a beaurocracy. They want online paperwork submitted three days prior.

Roughly 730 pounds in the 150 patch at 60 days old, and on life support with about 42 days to go! :)

Okay got my old seed entry in the books. The old genetics shined though well as it managed to go about 24% light to the new chart..lol 595.5.
