This year’s plant was my PB up until day 28. It is still gaining 27-33lbs daily but never kicked into high gear like normal hitting mid 40’s daily. I checked stump and main vine twice and have no soft spots thinking that might have been the cause. My tissue test from western labs I added to my diary. I am in the sufficient range for everything except low in Phosphorus. Could this be the reason for not kicking into high gear? I drenched with 6oz of TKO yesterday which is half the amount I need per recommendations. I was hoping someone with better knowledge can look at my tissue results and see if anything else should be adjusted.

Do you think the lower phosphorus could be hindering growth. Also I will post pictures of plant later today.

It could for sure but without images of you plants it is tough for growers to give you really good advice. 33 pounds a day on day 28 is good growth so whatever you do don't over do it small changes at a time.

growth patterns vary for each plant and fruit, even with ideal conditions. Some ramp it up fast early and slow down later, some start slow and kick it in to gear later, some go fast and never slow down. Well, you get the point. I have had many variance growth patterns over the years, some even get you to scratch your head. Keep the plant healthy and let it do what it is gonna do.

Duster is spot on.Every fruit has a preprogramed growth cycle. As mentioned try to keep plant as healthy and well manicured as possible.
