If the main snaps off and you train the secondary to be the new main. Would your identify the pumpkin grown as on the main or off the secondary.l?And then if it was to grow off the tertiary would you say off off that? My main snapped because it was pressed up against the end of the hoop house and there is a secondary starting a couple inches behind that.

It is now your main vine. You are going to be treating it as your main vine. So any branches off of it are secondaries.
