For my questions, let's refer to the pit as the area from 10" deep to 22" deep.
Have any of you dug up your pit at the end of the year to see how the roots grew? I see quite a few digging 5'x 5' pits on average this is changing 25cubic ft of earth out of 500 to 1000cubic ft. Is this really changing your outcome,If it does give you 1% more weight that still means alot
