it's E ffective, and the only one IIII would worry about would be the beneficials, such as Mycorrhiza, but I believe I heavily researched this once and found that they are VERY durable, especially when they have been exposed to extreme cold over a few days to a week or more, in the SOIL, whereby they have a chance to produce spores and for lack of a better word(s), 'hunker down' first; If in a bag, I'd not worry TOO much. other than that, the CHEMICALS would be each described on each's label, if still intact. eg

I would consult an expert due to brands.. manufacturing date expiration date etc... biggest worry is biological stuff liquid or granular.. but I would call the experts who know.. I don’t keep any biological longer than the year of purchase and if not used at end of season I spread onto a patch and let Mother Nature figure it out ..
