            | Tomato Man | Colorado Springs, CO | ....it would be a report that is concluded a few weeks before (trans)planting time that was intently focused on a thorough examination of the macro and microbiological content of the soil in that garden.  
 Then, if you want more inf, look into the N-P-K, Ca, Mg and S.  Celebrate if it says you have organic matter of 3 to 5% and a pH between 6.5 and 8.0.
