            | vancouver | Vancouver Washington | Hmmmm....I'm no expert. You have a bit of a challenge. Your sulfur level is already in the ideal range, but you need to add more to lower your ph a bit.
You could also use a little more calcium and potassium, but no more magnesium.

I would add 100 pounds of gypsum, 50 pounds of sea kelp, 4 yards of aged composted manure, and two cups of sprayed on molasses mixed with water, and maybe a single application of sulphate of potash. that should help bring up your calcium, potash, organic matter - and maybe help lower your ph some... You may need to apply some straight sulfur as well ... (i don't know sulfur enough to make a recommendation on this amount) ....this would further lower your ph. i would also recommend a big dose of humic acid or humates of some sort... Get the stuff in right away...It's getting late...

Your numbers are workable right now... but i would push things a bit in those directions.. hope that helps
