One seed I'm tempted to grow next year is the 1348 Hester(1370 Rose X 1068 Wallace). It's the same cross as the 904 Stelts. Has produced a couple of nice orange ones. Hopefully it will prove to have good size potential as well.

The 1662 Stelts looks good also, (904 x 1350). Daves 1350 went real heavy. Not alot of the 1350 Starr's grown this year like I thought there would be, but the ones that was grown went pretty BIG this year. I really like the big round shape that seed produces. I had that 1350 planted this year but it just wouldn't get going the way I would have liked it to. I like the 1350 also to grow next year. Hell I could post on here every 5 minutes to what seeds have great possibilities, Just so many great seeds out there and so little time and space especially if you want to grow more then 10 plants.

Some good seeds above. How about the 1019 Grande (651 Grande x 1385 Jutras) that that shattered the Colorado state record this year going 11% heavy in what was not a great weather year. Another one that could turn out to be the next 1385 Jutrus is this year's 1236 Harp (998 Pukos x 1385 Jutrus). The pollinator grew the 1725.
Oops just saw that Brooks mentioned the 1236. Heck its maybe worthy enough to be mentioned twice.

673 Michalec 09 Gotta grow your own. 1024 Mombert 03 Same cross as 1068 Wallace and no progeny? You gotta be kidding me! 1467 Perham 08 Thank you Brad. 849 Marchand 06 Love the cross, great looking pumpkin and no progeny. 920 Cole 98 Will it germinate? Also looking at the 755 Mombert 03 UOW 955 Holland 03 I'll probably change my mind a dozen times between now and spring and again when I get seeds from the club in the spring. I'm not planning on chasing down the latest and greatest. I have a bin full of old stuff that I collected over the years from a lot of generous growers and I think I can do just fine with those. If I don't have the world record producing seed I at least have the building blocks for one. Way too many excellent prospects never see dirt and I think it's a terrible waste.

For me the 1467 Perham is going in if I can get one. That one just might be a game-changer like the 898.
My dream seed at this point would be a 904 Stelts. Certainly it will be hard to get one.
To some degree I subscribe to the "biggest pumpkin theory", so I'd plant the 1725 in a heartbeat. Right now I don't know if it's even available. I'd cross that with the 1467 for the "3192 pound cross." lol The same could be said for the 1662 Stelts.
Another one that has caught my eye is the 1211.5 Toftness. And for color, the 1087 Bhaskaran.

Take a close look at the 1622 Young. The 1385 pollinator hit 948lbs...in 55 days. 40 more days @ 17lbs/day and you have a 1600lbs father.
What to cross it with? Hmm..

mv If you and I both grow the 1348 Hester next year(not for sure yet for me, but it's one of my front runners), I hope our results make it a hot seed!
