If I have time to make more room and get the soil ready enough to plant by next year I was thinking about growing and crossing the 810 Dill and the 772 Poirier. I think that will be a great orange cross. From what I see on the AGGC the cross hasnt been done before. Does anyone know if this cross has ever been done?

brooks, I like the sounds of the 810 x 772. probably very few people out there who have the 810 to do it.

The 810 has never been crossed into the 772 but the 772 has the 810 in it on it's mother's side. I like sound of the combo, however, it should help reinforce the big orange side...

Brooks,
With so few 810's left, 2009 might be a good year to try it. I also like the 810 X 772 cross and maybe even a 772 X 810 cross!
I hope it works. Good luck.
