The one and "only one" seed from the 1340 Hampton '07 is now the 545 Dill '08 crossed by the 998 Pukos. It was a late pollination but a successful one with a nice amount of seed. She is now on her way to Halifax to be carved into a big GRINNER. Happy All Hallow's Eve Everyone!

I often wondered if Howard realised the amount of pleasure, fun, entertainment etc,. he donated to the world of pumpkin growers, and, if he did I sincerely hope he enjoys his eternal rest, safe in the knowledge that the world is a better place for having him.
