It looks like there are a few 1041s growing out there with some nice color. Has anyone crossed the 1041 with something really orange?
I know, I know... why would anyone do that, lol.
To me it looks like maybe a good way to get orange and heavy.

I did the 1248 X 1041 and the reverse,,both fruit were nice orange color

I have a 1041 x 998 Pukos in the patch. Both are a nice orange. you can see pictures in my diary.

Jim Sherwood did and intersting cross with his he put the 1502 Wallace into it. also the reverse. Thadd Starr crossed the 227 Leland into it and reverse
