These round marrows start out looking very much like a pumpkin in the beginning. They are bright yellow, and perfectly round. As they get a bit older, they start to look like this picture, with a yellowish-green look to them. As they become mature, they turn a very dark green all over. When they become overly ripe, they turn entirely orange.
