Here is a shot of my son aboard my split 961 Daletas. I might have the next big thing on my hands. We told him to act sad & he reacted like he was crying. This fruit was approx 3 inches thick where she split. The split happened on Tuesday 8/24 after 3 days of heavy rains. The cross was with the 735 Pukos -the result is 3/4s 846 Cali & 1/4 611 Hester. The plant was grown organically with no chemical fertilizer, fungicide or pesticides. Surprise - this fruit is definately white. I now have 2 other small fruit on this plant & their color characteristics are the same. Neither of these were shaded. Final measurements: Cir 135 S2S 95 E2E 85 OTT 315 or an estimated 642 pounds according to the '03 Stellpflug/Martin chart
