maybe someone is deleting the cookies in between each visit?Everytime I delete cookies, it seems I have to re-sign in. Hope that makes sense/ helps . jim

Correct. Cookies are supposed to keep us signed in. However sometimes the cookie gets screwed up so deleting it in Franks case should solve his problem once he signs back in.

They get screwed up when you use BOTH http://www.bigpumpkins.com and http://bigpumpkins.com

Delete both of these cookies and then ONLY use the www version of the URL.
