Love a good leaf diagnosis challenge!

Cold wet weather high nitrogen... basically nothing wrong. Thats my bet.

I am trying to learn as well, I will watch and see. My thoughts would be 1. cool weather nitrogen (already stated) 2. Urea hot spot when spreading the triple 19. 3. Mg is a touch off balance with his nitrogen. Final answer is three because the leaf on the left looks a little pale. Do not base your response on my reply as I am trying to figure this growing pumpkin thing out.

Cold soil - low nitrogen. They usually outgrow it when it warms up in my experience.

Absolutely nothing to worry about.
It’s just cold temperatures particularly at night. Andy’s correct in saying that some of the nitrogen may be unavailable for the same reason. Cold soil less bacteria activity, less available nitrogen.
I would not be diving in at this point with a dose of say, calcium nitrate because a few warm days and your nitrogen will go through the roof closely followed by the side vines.

I should probably add that second guessing what’s going on in plants lives with photos is notoriously difficult.

Thanks to all of you who helped confirm what I suspected: the colder air & soil outside of Greg’s hot houses was the problem. It goes to show how important it is to have the proper environment for growing these beasts. In fact your enviornment just might be the most important thing…ahead of genetics, fertilization, & everything else! That is what my cannabis growing friends tell me…and usually they are correct.
