Pretty color assortment. I like to call it a Fourth of July Mix.

I just threw them in the refrigerator which apparently is a mistake!
"Cold temperatures in the fridge can convert the starch in potatoes into sugar. When baked or fried, these sugars combine with an amino acid to produce the chemical acrylamide, which is thought to be harmful."
Between solanine and acrylamide I've been getting potatoes all wrong! Because of various mistakes, its been one of the few crops where what I can buy in the store has been better quality than what Ive grown at home.

It does not surprise me that your potatoes would thrive in the soil for tomatoes as they are both from the Nightshade family and do not forget the Pomato. Be careful of too much lime for your potatoes. Nice colorful crop.

Interesting, probably they get micronutrient deficiencies easily. The lime probably locks out manganese, idk.
They're all on the freezer now, half parbaked and the other half par boiled. I'll see which is better, or maybe they'll be the same!
