Hard to tell. The best way for me is to look at the stamen....errr pistol...err whatever the sticky up part is called and see if it is "weird" shaped.

It looks like it has extra flower petals so I might be. Either way pollinate it and see what it does.

That's looks like a mega to me. Nice Ken! What lineage? Only time will tell how many are fused. Hard to see, but based on the pic i'd say 2x or 3x. Good luck!

Usually Megas have bigger Sepals and Peduncle. That looks like a mega to me.
