I know it was a big orange pumpkin but of several offspring shown in pumpkin fanatics not one has a picture. Did it produce orange or was it crap shot.

I dont know of any gorgeous ones. The 2005 is the reverse cross, so check those too. I think these lines could throw a beauty, but my 2005 Haist was only light orange.

The 2416.5 seed I grew produced a predominantly green pumpkin.

Thanks guys. That’s what I wanted to know. Always trying to lean toward orange producers. The more orange the better.

Some had light orange pumpkins and some were cream-green. At least from the 4-5 I saw.
