It was a beautiful day to attand the first annual Longwood Gardens Giant Pumpkin Weigh-off. We had 26 entries and 12 prizes awarded for giant pumpkins. The production began immediately following a spectacular fountain show in the Main Fowuntain garden with energetic commentary from the growers and Longwood staff. Stay tuned for the selected weekend for 2009 to be announced soon! Winners and prizes listed below.
