Great pumpkins and great people = great time. It was fun meeting my fellow southern growers that I knew were out there somewhere. I just didn't know where. I knew I couldn't be the only one. I only wish I had known about this weight off earlier in the year so I could have geared one of my biggins to be ready this early. It was funny to see my little 100lb+ cull "sidewinder" get swallowed up by the biggins. Thanks Bob Attaway and others for making this weighoff happen and making sure everyone had a great time there and at your get-together afterwards. First class people! And Pappy, thanks for the brews. All your pictures with them on your pumpkins just makes a guy thirsty! Ya'll have to make it to the Pumpkintown, SC. festival in Oct to see what my bigguns do(:^}>

Yes, Thank you to all for a great time. I was so surprised to see 400 and 500 lb pumpkins. This was the first time I had been able to touch one and see it in person. I finished 5th and 6th place out of 5 people, HA, HA. No matter, it was just great to meet other growers and see this amazing vegetable grow to these sizes. Keep um Big!
